Payment Policy

All payments are completed by Shopify payments or PAYPAL and we do not receive or store any payment information.

All products are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).  Currency conversion is done by PAYPAL, Shopify payments or the respective credit card companies.

Shipping

Orders are currently being shipped through Canada Post.

TIMES:

  • Within Canada is 3 - 9 business days depending on your region.
  • To USA is 5 - 10 business days depending on your region.
  • International Overseas (outside of Canada and USA) is 6 - 10 business days, or more depending on your region

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please email me so I can review your order details. Unfortunately, I can't be responsible for the errors or delays of others in delivering your package but I will do what I can to locate the package for you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & IMPORT FEES:

  • Goods shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties and import fees, which are not included in the shipping fees.
  • Customs forms are filled out with detailed information about your shipments contents and value.
  • You are responsible for charges incurred at customs. 

Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges will ONLY be done for products that arrive damaged or defective as I cannot re-sell a product that has been returned.  

If your product arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days of delivery to arrange return/exchange options. 

A defective product is one that does not withstand normal use.  As my product is made from cotton, cork, vinyl etc. they will wear out over time.  Please contact me as soon as there is an issue to discuss options.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are NOT accepted for custom orders or after the order has shipped.
